What does Homi cost?
$59 a year for each home. Family, residents, contractors, and agents you invite don’t pay. It renews every year until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Your first 7 days are free. You add a card to start, and you’re not charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How much work is it to set up?
Start with the address and the basics. Then add things by photographing their labels, uploading an inspection report, or typing them in. You can add one thing at a time; the record is useful from the first entry.
Who can see my home’s record?
Only you and the people you invite. Each person sees what their role needs: a contractor sees the job they’re doing, an agent gets a view-only showing view. There is no public page.
Do you sell my data or pass me to contractors?
Homi does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. Contractors only get into your record when you invite them.
What happens to the record when I sell?
You transfer it to the buyer in one step. The facts and history stay with the house, and your access and invites end when they accept. Handing it over is free; the buyer subscribes to keep the record going.
Is this a home inspection?
No. Homi is a record of what you and your pros have added. The showing view for agents says so, and it marks where each fact came from.
Is there an app?
Homi runs in the browser on your phone and computer, and you can add it to your home screen. A native phone app is on the way.
Can I cancel or leave?
Yes. Cancel any time from Billing in your account. You can also permanently delete your account and the records only you own from inside the app, which ends your subscription.
